Refund Policy

This policy explains refund handling for one-time report purchases and subscription plans.

Refund decisions are made based on actual purchase records, usage logs, and applicable consumer law.

1. One-Time Report Purchases

  • If access fails due to a verified technical issue that we cannot resolve promptly, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • If the purchased report was successfully unlocked and delivered, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided.
  • Duplicate accidental charges may be refunded after verification.

2. Subscription Plans

  • You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Cancellation keeps access active until the current paid period ends.
  • Partial-period or prorated refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or due to verified billing error.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@deallens.app and include:

  • Purchase email address
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Reason for the request and screenshots if relevant

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are typically submitted within 5-10 business days. Final posting time depends on your payment provider and bank.
