This Privacy Policy explains what information DealLens collects, how we use it, and your choices. This policy applies to DealLens web pages including calculator, dashboard, pipeline, and billing experiences.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and contact data such as email address when you sign in or check out.
- Deal input data such as property assumptions, scenario names, notes, and generated reports.
- Payment and subscription metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical usage data such as device/browser information, logs, and error diagnostics.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide calculator outputs, scenario storage, sharing links, and export functionality.
- To process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and billing support requests.
- To improve reliability, security, abuse prevention, and product quality.
- To deliver AI-assisted features where enabled by your plan and configuration.
3. Processors and Third Parties
- Supabase for authentication, database, and file-backed app data.
- Stripe for checkout, subscription lifecycle, and receipt records.
- Vercel for site hosting and request delivery.
- AI providers only when AI features are enabled for your account or plan.
4. Local Storage and Cookies
DealLens stores local preferences and temporary scenario state in your browser (for example theme choice and in-progress assumptions). Some features may not work if browser storage is disabled.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and billing records for operational and compliance purposes. Scenario/report data is retained while your account remains active, unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@deallens.pro. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests.
7. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is fully risk-free. You are responsible for keeping your account access credentials secure.
